Both the Zojirushi Virtuoso (BB-PAC20) and Supreme (BB-CEC20) breadmakers are straightforward and easy to use.  They feature an LCD control panel (slightly different design between the two machines) and offer a variety of pre-programmed settings to bake not just bread and dough but also cakes and jam.  The Zojirushi Virtuoso has the added advantage of an auto gluten-free program which the Supreme breadmaker doesn’t have.

Other settings that both the Zojirushi Virtuoso (BB-PAC20) and Supreme (BB-CEC20) breadmakers have include a Quick Bake setting, 3 crust shade options, and 3 Home Made settings with which you can create and store your own breadmaking programs, adjusting the knead, rise and bake times.

Both the Zojirushi Virtuoso and Supreme breadmakers feature a viewing window so you can see how your bread is progressing without having to open the lid.  Additional features of both bread machines include a programmable 13 hour delay timer so you can have your fresh bread baked for exactly when you want it, and a removable non-stick breadpan for easy cleaning.

The Zojirushi Virtuoso (BB-PAC20) is the higher-end breadmaker and slightly more expensive machine over the Supreme (BB-CEC20).  As previously mentioned, for the relatively little extra cash, the Virtuoso has the advantage of having a gluten-free program and in addition this machine also has the advantage of a heating element in the lid which helps to ensure more evenly browned bread tops.

There’s a slight difference in the overall design and dimensions between the Zojirushi Virtuoso and Supreme bread machines (see images and comparison tables below for full specifications).

Let’s take a closer look at the main differences and similarities in features and specifications between the Zojirushi Virtuoso (BB-PAC20) versus the Zojirushi Supreme (BB-CEC20) to help you decide on which is the best breadmaker for you:
