The Sous Vide Water Ovens work by simply vacuum-sealing your food in a food-grade plastic vacuum seal pouch (approved for cooking) which is then placed in the water oven where the temperature is tightly controlled.  The Water Oven's food pouch rack enables easy positioning of cooking pouches to keep food separate for even cooking throughout.

Nutrients, juices & flavours are retained in the pouches and infused into the food while cooking instead of being lost as with many other cooking methods.

The Sous Vide Water Ovens offers a temperature setting range of between 86 degrees F to 210 degrees F (30-99 degrees C) and maintain a constant temperature of within +-0.5 degree C (1 degree F) of its ideal setting to produce perfectly cooked foods, and the temperature can be held for hours or even days.  Variable timer settings allow for up to 99 hours.

The Sous Vide Water Ovens are silent in operation and energy efficient, using energy equivalent to a 60w light bulb (once it has hit its target temperature).
