For even cooking throughout, the Masterbuilt 20070115 utilizes a 1200 watt heating element and allows for adjustable thermostat control from 100 to 275 degrees F, enabling you to slow cook a wide range of foods including beef, turkey, chicken, pork, seafood and more.  This Electric Smoker also features a built-in meat probe thermometer to ensure food is properly cooked and a 24 hour timer with auto shut-off to prevent food from drying out.
