“The Masterbuilt 20070115 Smoker was well packaged and has amazing build quality. I’ve never seen a product made to such high quality standards. Used the Smoker for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good. I rushed it a bit so the brisket was not as tender as I would have liked but the ribs, fish and sausages were perfect, and the smokiness was spot on. Some people ooh and ahh over smoke rings which I didn’t manage as that takes some getting used to but the taste was exactly the same anyway. Clean-up wasn’t too bad. I recommend the glass front – you can see what’s happening without the need to open/close the door.”
