The Char-Broil Deluxe Digital Electric Smoker features a large-capacity smoke box that gives you between 4 to 7 hours of smoke before it needs refilling.

In fact, Char-Broil claims that this smoker is 10 times more efficient with the wood chips than other leading electric smokers – you only need to fill the box once (4-cup capacity wood chip box) compared to 10 times with other smokers and still get the same amount of smoke.

The Smoker also features an easy to refill porcelain-coated slide-in water pan.

The Char-Broil comes with a removable temperature gauge and you can monitor and control the heat (temperature range 100-275 degrees F) on the advanced control panel with its easy-to-read blue LED display, located at the top front of the Smoker, or via the Remote Control.
