Comparing Weber Genesis 6531001 E330 versus Weber Genesis 6511001 E310 LP Gas Grill, What's the Difference?

Enjoy fun and easy outdoor cooking with the Weber Genesis 6531001 E330 and 6511001 E310 Liquid Propane Gas Grills.

Both the Weber Genesis E330 and E310 LP Gas Grills feature 3 main stainless steel burners with an output of 38,000 BTU per hour.  You’re not compromised on cooking space as both the Genesis E330 and E310 offer a total of 637 square inches of cooking area, with 507 square inches of primary cooking space and 130 square inches of warming area.

The main difference between the Weber Genesis E330 and the E310 is that the E330 has the addition of a Sear Station Burner & Side Burner that the E310 does not have.  The high-powered sear burner allows you to step up the heat for searing without compromising the main grilling area and gives 12,000 BTU per hour output.  The flush-mounted side burner gives 10,000 BTU per hour output.

Both the Weber Genesis E330 and E310 gas grills feature a front-mounted control panel and an individual electronic ignition system for easy start up.

The porcelain-enameled shroud on both grills features a center-mounted thermometer.

The Weber Genesis E330 and E310 LP Gas Grills both feature porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates that are designed to retain heat evenly and sear foods beautifully.

Both grills also feature Weber’s innovative Flavorizer bar system which is designed to catch drippings that smoke and sizzle to add more flavor to your food as it cooks.  Any drips that aren’t vaporized by the Flavorizer bars are funnelled away from the burner tubes into the grease management system to help prevent flare-ups.  The grease tray slides out for easy clean up and the drip pan is disposable and can easily be replaced.
