“The Zojirushi BB-SSC10 is my first breadmaker machine. I always used to make bread by hand but was curious about these machines. I’m still learning how to use this breadmaker. It seems a bit more complex than I thought it would be, that is to maximize its usage, but I am pleased with the results so far. “I love the Zojirushi Maestro breadmaker. It works very quietly and stays put in use. It mixed all the ingredients in my recipe with no problems, creating a cute little loaf of yummy bread. Compared to other machines, it makes a petite loaf but that means that the bread is always fresh which is best! If you have a large family, you’ll probably want a different machine, but this one is just right for my family of 4. I like the removable compartment where you put add-ins and the machine releases them and mixes them in at the right time (only downside is you can’t put anything that melts in this compartment like cheese or chocolate, but you can add them manually when the machine bleeps to let you know it’s time to add them). Overall, I love the Maestro breadmaker and would recommend it as long as you don’t need loaves of bread larger than 1 lb.”
