Useful tips:

·         Place log lengthwise on the work table, making sure it is resting firmly on the side supports with one end against the wedge.
·         Place log flat and in the direction of the grain.
·         Never angle the log to split it.
·         Never place the log crosswise on the splitter.
·         Only split 1 log at a time.
