The Troy-Bilt TB30R Premium Riding Lawnmower features a 30” cutting deck (with side discharge) with an 18” turning radius.  This gas-powered ride-on mower utilizes a powerful 420cc Troy-Bilt engine with a fuel tank capacity of 1.3 gallons.  It has a fuel-sight window so you can easily check your gas levels at any time.

The Troy-Bilt TB30R offers top forward speeds of 4.25 MPH coupled with a 6-speed transmission.  It offers manual power take-off for fast and easy blade engagement, and offers 5 height adjustable blade positions.

The Troy-Bilt TB30R 420cc Riding Lawnmower features a comfortable seat with a mid-back support together with a 13” soft grip steering wheel that is height adjustable for a comfortable grip position.

“The Troy-Bilt TB30R is a great little mower for the price!  This is a top of the line rear-engine mower, with more HP and OHV for more reliability than other models.  I’m a single woman with little mechanical ability but this was very easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable to ride.  The high gears go very fast!  I use gear 4 for my ¾ acre with obstacles and do it in around 30 minutes.  There is minimal deck flex but it doesn’t impede from mowing nice and flat.  The mulching cover works great and in low gear you don’t have to do any raking!  The mower starts up first crank every time and is a joy to use.  This mower also works in reverse mode – simply put the key to the reverse area after starting push in the triangular button.  Without the expense of paying someone to cut the lawn, this mower will pay for itself pretty quickly and I expect it to last several seasons with care.”

N.E.:
“The Troy-Bilt TB30R is a good riding mower.  I have been spoiled by having a hydrostatic transmission on a previous mower, so this one feels like the clutch is a bit jerky and the shift from forward to reverse is a bit catchy.  However, this is a very reasonable priced mower and I can put up with the catchy shifter and maybe the clutch will wear in over time.”
