With its sleek design, the Robomow RX12 Robotic Lawn Mower is Robomow’s smallest model, suitable for lawns up to 2,000 sq ft (1/20 acre).

The Robomow RX12 Robotic Lawn Mower is battery powered (lead acid battery) and comes with a base docking station to which the lawnmower automatically returns to recharge itself.

 The Robomow RX12 offers a mowing time of between 90 and 120 minutes on a single charge.

Summary:

The Robomow RX12 Robotic Lawn Mower is ideal for smaller yards.  It’s simple to use, there’s no programming or phone app with this model, you just press the GO button and let it do its work!

The streamlined compact design of the Robomow RX12 means that the base station can be hidden from sight for more pleasing aesthetics.

Robotic lawn mowers are equipped with a wide range of sensors that detect obstacles such as trees or poles to navigate your yard safely.  With the Robomow RX12 you lay down perimeter wire as close to the edge of your lawn as possible which allows the lawn mower to operate within that zone.  The wire can be buried or stapled into the ground.

Robotic lawn mowers may appear to operate randomly but in fact they are programmed to be very intelligent.  Mowing in a “random pattern” ensures cutting from different directions, leaving no uncut grass.  The RX12’s floating deck ensures a smooth cut and Robomow is the only robotic lawn mower to have unique edge mode which means the blade reaches right to the edge of the unit.

Robomow cuts the grass into very minute clippings that are buried into the roots of the lawn so there’s no grass-cuttings to clean-up.  In fact, grass clippings actually contain around 80-85% water and release natural nutrients into the soil as they decompose, acting as a natural fertilizer.
