The specially designed Bowl Lift on the KitchenAid KV25G0X Professional 5 Plus allows for the bowl to be lifted up by a handle and then locked into place, making the handling of heavy and large mixtures a breeze compared to tilt-head stand mixers which are designed to handle lighter mixtures.
The unique design of the mixing action of the KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus means that there is no rotating of the bowl. The beater is moved around the bowl to 67 different points, by the clockwise spin of the beater and the counter clockwise spin of the shaft. This unique action allows for thorough blending of the ingredients. The bowl itself is made of stainless steel and is safe to put in the dishwasher. Its handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and allows for easier lifting.
The KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus offers a range of 10 speeds allowing you to select from a very slow to a very high mixing action, so you can choose the right speed for a wide variety of mixtures, from egg whites to pizza dough!
