The Dewalt DWS709 12” Slide Compound Miter Saw delivers extended power and durability with its powerful 15 Amp 3,800 rpm motor.

With its compact and lightweight feel, the Dewalt DWS709 is built for durability, ease of use and precise cutting accuracy.  It features an adjustable stainless steel miter detent plate with 13 positive stops for improved productivity and accuracy.

The Dewalt DWS709 features tall sliding fences that support base molding up to 4.5” vertically against the fence or crown molding up to 5.5” nested.   And you can easily slide these fences away for bevel / dual bevel cuts.  With the machine’s unique back fence design, you can cut up to 2x14 dimensional lumbar at 90 degrees or 2x10 at 45 degrees.

The Dewalt DWS709 offers miters 60 degrees to the right and 50 degrees to the left for increased capacity.  Bevel angle adjustments are accurate and easy with the oversized bevel scale.
