"I purchased this lens to use as my only lens for travelling. On my last trip I took several lenses but felt that I could have taken the majority of my shots with a 15-85mm lens. I bought a 17-55mm lens but missed the longer reach of the 17-85m which I previously sold. So I’ve now got the Canon EF-S 15-85mm wide angle zoom lens and after taking some test shots with it on my 7D I have to say my first impressions are extremely positive.
