See what some customers who have bought the Frigidaire FAD704DWD 70 Pint Energy Star Dehumidifier have to say about it:
N.C.:
“I’ve been using the Frigidaire FAD704DWD Dehumidifier for around 2 months so far. It’s working well at extracting water and cleared the musty smell in our basement after just 2 days. It’s easy to empty the water tray. I’m not sure how quiet dehumidifiers can be - this one is not horribly loud but I think it would be noticeable if it was in a small space – to me it sounds like a small air conditioner. I will have to see how long this thing lasts and have bought a warranty for it.”
F.N.:
“The Frigidaire FAD704DWD is the best dehumidifier I have owned so far. I have a Delonghi in my basement which works fine but the Frigidaire is definitely more effective (my humidistat confirms this). I use a dehumidifier in my basement for around 6 months of the year and have never had one that lasts more than 3 years. I’ve only had the Frigidaire for 4 months so far so we’ll see how long it lasts, but so far I’m liking everything about this dehumidifier.”
