“I’ve placed the Ivation IVADH30PW 30 Pint Dehumidifier in my extremely humid basement.  It was quick and intuitive to set up with a good selection of controls including a timer, humidity control, and adjustable fan speed.  As with most other dehumidifiers, you have to find the right balance of settings if you don’t want it to give off too much heat.  Setting it to the max will leave the air hot and dry.  I would recommend experimenting with the humidistat setting to find the best balance of dehumidification and heat.  Overall, this is an excellent dehumidifier compared to others I have owned over the years.  It’s reliable, efficient, cleaner, and easier to maintain.  I like that it’s relatively lightweight making it easy to move around.”
