See what some customers who have bought either the Winix 70BT or Winix 50BT Dehumidifiers have to say about them:

J.M.:
“The Winix 70BT works very effectively and quietly.  The only thing it doesn’t do is turn back on after a power outage.  Apart from that, this is a good dehumidifier so far.”

G.D.:
“We put the Winix 70BT dehumidifier in our utility room in the basement.  Initially it ran continuously for several hours and now it just cycles on and off as needed.  It has made a noticeable difference in our basement.  We hooked it up to drain directly into the floor drain so we don’t have to bother emptying the bucket.  It runs a little noisily but no worse than the old one it replaced.”

K.L.:
“The Winix 50BT dehumidifier works great and is saving all our leather items in our humid climate.”

A.C.:
“The Winix 50BT works quietly compared to a 30 pint dehumidifier we already owned.  It’s energy star.  It auto shuts down once it reaches the desired %.  It has quite a few different settings.  I set my humidity level to 60% and it brings it down to that from 80% in about 1 hour.  It takes care of a room 15ft by 18ft on low speed.  Very pleased with this dehumidifier.”

B.S.:
“We really like the Winix 50BT.  It takes a lot of water out of the room.”

N.B.  It’s always advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional if you have any concerns regarding your health.  Always follow manufacturer’s instructions for safe use of dehumidifiers and other electrical devices.
