"I'm very pleased with my new Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster Stand Mixer. It's more heavy duty than my previous 14 year old Sunbeam stand mixer that has recently died. This new mixer has a deeper bowl, so to remove the beaters without getting batter on the edge of the bowl, you have to slide the bowl over to the smaller bowl position. I am very happy with my new Sunbeam mixer! :-)"

"I have recently replaced my 20 year-old Sunbeam mixer and as I didn't want to spend $200+ on the Kitchen Aid, I decided to go with the make I had already experienced and been pleased with. I chose the Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster Stand Mixer because it came with glass bowls, whisk attachments, and the dough hooks. The large glass bowl when full is a little heavy to handle, but I like the glass for when I need to put it in the microwave. I've made bread with the dough hooks and they mixed in all the flour pretty well as long as the bowl was scraped occasionally. I also like the beaters as they don't have a stem through the middle which makes them easier to clean. The mixer part of the Sunbeam detaches making the Mixer fairly easy to store."

"I bought the Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster because I wanted a second heavy-duty mixer for my second home (my other mixer is a Kitchen Aide). I didn't want to pay a lot of money, so I thought I'd give the Sunbeam a try. The only negative thing is that the mixing bowls are GREAT quality, but too heavy for me(¼" thick glass). They are hard to handle for me as I am a bit older. That has nothing to do however with the quality of this mixer. Long story short, the Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster is a GREAT buy and will take on any mixing task."
