The selfie-mode is easy to use – just press the selfie-button and the camera will automatically adjust the focal length and brightness to the ideal level for self-portraits. You can even set up the Self-timer mode to take multiple shots – ideal for group shots! The tripod socket allows you to mount the camera on a tripod for steadiness if required.
The Instax Mini 70’s High-performance Flash automatically calculates the surrounding brightness and adjusts the shutter speed accordingly for bright subjects and backgrounds even in dark scenarios.
The Instax Mini 70 also has a new Fill-in Flash feature that enables you to take photos of people against a bright background without the typical darkening of the subject – ideal for capturing portraits on the beach or night-time with bright lights in the background.

Other useful modes on the Instax Mini 70 include a Macro mode for close-up shots and a Landscape mode for wider views. The Macro mode allows you to shoot clear sharp photos as close up as 30 to 60 centimeters away from your subject. The Landscape mode automatically adjusts the lighting and exposure for your scenic shots when you are 3 meters away from your subject.
