Anyone can bake perfect bread with the recipes included with the Zojirushi BB-HAC10. The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 is not completely programmable. With some of the recipes, you do get prompted to add ingredients, which means you can't go out and leave it. Makes sense really. This machine is very quiet when running and the notification beeps are also not very loud either, so make sure you're within earshot for when you need to add ingredients for those recipe that require them. Also, there's a countdown clock on the bread maker so you can check to see how much time is left before it's done. You can set it up the night before so the bread is ready by morning. There's nothing like waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread.
