The Masterbuilt 20076916 Electric Smoker features 4 chrome-coated smoking racks with enough space to smoke up to 80 lbs of food.

The large see-through window lets you see what’s going on inside, while the 800 watt heating element ensures even and consistent smoking up to 275 degrees F.

The Masterbuilt 20076916 30” Electric Smoker is straightforward and easy to use with a front-mounted control panel and also comes with a RF Remote Control so you can monitor and control the Smoker at a distance, including temperature, time, food light, on/off, as well as monitoring the meat temperature.

The Masterbuilt 20076916 has a better design over older Smoker models. The exhaust opening has been moved so that it is located on the opposite side of the heating element to allow for better heat distribution. For added convenience, the drip tray has been redesigned so that it sits at the front instead of the back.

The Masterbuilt 20076916’s 10” legs/stand adds height to the Smoker for easy access – a bonus feature that’s not always included with other models. The leg/stand also has transport wheels on the back as well as a handle for easy maneuverability.

The Masterbuilt 20076916 30” Digital Electric Smoker comes with its own meat probe, smoker cover, carving gloves and a 25-recipe cook booklet to get you started.

“I’ve had the Masterbuilt 20076916 Smoker for about a month and so far have cooked chicken, meat loaf and pulled pork, all of which were excellent. The meat probe is awesome, and I love being able to monitor the Smoker at a distance with the digital remote control. I’m not too keen on the see-through door as the window gets dirty and is hard to clean. I did initially have a problem with the door-seal but Masterbuilt have great customer service and have sent me a door kit to fix the problem.
