The Masterbuilt 20078715 Electric Smoker features 4 removable chrome cooking racks, offering over 700 square inch of total cooking space.

The Masterbuilt 20078715 Electric Smoker is equipped with an easy-to-use front-mounted digital control panel with a blue LED display that’s easy to view even in direct sunlight. The Smoker’s timer can be set up to 24 hours.
The Masterbuilt 20078715 incorporates an 800 watt heating element, with thermostat temperature control from 100 to 275 degrees F for even cooking throughout.
The Masterbuilt 20078715 is well-insulated with a locking door and inner lining to help keep the heat and smoky flavor inside the Smoker. There’s a rubber seal around the door to prevent heat leakage. Also, doors on Smokers that do not have a viewing window (which tends to fog up quite quickly anyway) tend to be better heat-sealed. In fact, this Smoker is so well insulated that it does not get hot on the outside but may feel slightly warm to touch.
