The Coway AP-1512HH Mighty Air Purifier’s 4 stages of filtration include a washable pre-filter, carbon filter, true HEPA filter and Vital Ionizer.

The Coway Mighty’s washable pre-filter (fine-mesh) captures larger particles like hair, fur and dust. The carbon filter eliminates smaller particles, bad odors and harmful gases. The True HEPA filter captures 99.97% of airborne allergens such as dust, mold spores, pollen, pet dander and other contaminants down to 0.3 microns.

The Vital Ionizer boosts cleaning power and freshens the air by negative ions. This feature can easily be turned on or off.

The Coway AP-1512HH Mighty Air Purifier features an easy-to-use top mounted control panel where you can set the unit to auto mode or select your own air flow control.

In Auto Mode, the Coway Mighty Air Purifier uses particle sensor technology to monitor the quality of the indoor air and adjusts the fan speed accordingly. As it adjusts the fan speed, the unit’s Air Quality Indicator light changes color to indicate changing quality in air.

In Eco Mode, the Coway Mighty Air Purifier’s fan will automatically turn off when no pollution has been detected for 30 minutes.

“The Coway AP-1512HH is an awesome air purifier and is great for my severe asthma. I leave this unit on auto and it adjusts the levels as needed. The indicator light is great. “The Coway AP-1512HH Mighty Air Purifier works for me and is definitely worth it. We decided to get this air cleaner after living in a 200+ year old house for 3 ½ years that gets dusty easily and probably has mold hidden behind the drywall, plus we have a dog. Apparently they say there’s no evidence that air purifiers relieve ENT but this unit has cleared the air enough for me to sleep all night with my mouth shut, a standard not previously met! I clean the main lint trap on this unit every week and there’s always a lot of dog hair and dust collected. Our kitchen has no venting so it’s nice to have the carbon filter which reduces how long the cooking smells last around the house after cooking dinner.
